Description

We’ve partnered with a Service company to provide a Payroll Specialsit responsible for processing high volume multi-state payroll. Must have 3-5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll. We are looking for individuals that are comfortable in a fast paced environment, looking for great experience growing with a payroll team.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following:

~ Strong communication skills and the ability to solve payroll problems quickly
~ Knowledge of Federal and State wage regulations
~ Multi-State tax experience
~ Basic Wage and Hour law

~ Intermediate Payroll Processing

~ Familiarity with payroll software

~ Familiarity with Microsoft office suite of products

~ Communication – oral and written

~ Exceptional customer service
