Essential Duties: Assist our customers with a professionally designed project. Review building plans, specifications and materials needs. Design engineer alternative gear and solutions to maximize Rexel profitability where applicable. Confer with contractors for any changes in counts, equipment, pricing, etc. Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing on materials. Create job quotations documentation with clear concise bills of material, scope of project and costs. Review contractor's terms and conditions. Create written exception to those that do not conform to Mid Atlantic Division policy and procedures. Create, review and or assist in the submittal process. Review returned approved submittals for additions, changes or deletions. Create purchase order to manufacture. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Proficient knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, application and products, including but not limited to Switchboards, Panel boards, Motor control, Transformers, VFD’s, and Metering.  Proficiency with basic computer software applications and skills. Proprietary Rexel and vendor system training will be offered and required. Ability to negotiate and close a sale. Detailed oriented and organized. Must be a problem solver. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent customer service skills. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED 5 years experience in the electrical field with power distribution systems. Requirements
