Under the direction of the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, the general purpose of the Patient Care Technician (PCT) position is to faciliate a positive patient experience. This position is responsible to meet and greet the patient, including crowd control and patient intake and check-out that delivers a quality patient experience. This is accomplished by performing all the appropriate administrative tasks, including EMR documentation, in accordance with company policy, local, state and federal regulations.
