- Developing requirements, designing, configuring and testing Microsoft based software applications.
- Works closely with IT and business user groups. Will be involved in client interactions, requirements gathering, and preparation of project specifications.
- Applies industry accepted best practices, as well as, principles and processes uniquely related to Microsoft technologies.
- Formulates and defines system requirements and specifications with minimal supervision.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Designs, creates, and/or modifies software to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Provides input to project estimates and ongoing status.
- Participates in off-hours on-call rotation.
- Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) from four-year College or University.
- 5 to 7 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience developing Microsoft .NET with emphasis in Web Technologies (ASP .Net, HTML, CSS, jQuery).
- Experience developing in SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, and Performance Point is a plus.
- SharePoint development experience is a plus.
- Strong team player, who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and is willing to pitch in wherever they may be needed.
