 Description

Major Long Island Organization located near Farmingdale and Patchogue are looking for 2 Senior Level strategic Human Resource professionals for Directors and Vice Presidents.

Responsibilities:
  • Looking for someone with strong labor relations and managerial skills
  • Has the ability to drive people and results.
  • Candidates should be well versed in all aspects of Human Resources including: strong union negotiations, compliance (labor law, safety and risk management)
  • Should be comfortable with recruitment, training and development, incentive programs both cash based and equity based,
  • Knowledge of benefit programs health, life, dental, 401K, disability and flexible spending accounts.



 Requirements
  • The ideal candidates must have Union experience (preferably in a recently organized environment) manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience and Bilingual /Spanish
  • Candidates for both roles will be a strategic Human Resource Business Partner.
