Compensation:  $38.00 to $44.00 per hour

Greater Hartford global manufacturer is seeking a HR Systems Training Project Specialist to deploy a newly developed HR system to their International HR managers. Responsibilities include developing and deploying training plans to business unit HR leads regarding policies, systems, and timeline. The Project manager will be the liaison between the HRIT Project Manager and HR leads. The project will be 7-10 months in duration. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of training experience, preferably with an HR background. Experience working with an international audience. Good project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
