Mary Delaney
President
Delaney manages the day-to-day operations of Personified, drawing on 20 years of expertise in sales and marketing leadership, business development and startups to drive strategy and revenue. She is an employment expert who regularly appears on TV and radio to discuss hiring trends and workplace issues. She has appeared on CNN, Headline News, FOX and CBS National Radio and in the Harvard Business Review.
Most recently, Delaney served as the Chief Sales Officer for CareerBuilder.com, leading the Enterprise and Recruiter Business Unit teams of the company’s sales force and tripling revenue for those units in five years. She has played a key role in helping CareerBuilder.com rise to the top of its industry and consistently outpace competitors in revenue growth.
Prior to joining CareerBuilder.com, Delaney managed the merger of Headhunter.net and CareerBuilder.com. In this capacity, she oversaw two acquisitions and orchestrated launches in new vertical markets. Before that, Delaney was senior vice president for InterCall Inc., a conference services provider, where she developed the long-term company vision and national sales strategy. While at InterCall, sales revenues grew from zero to over $200 million. Early in her career, Delaney held a variety of sales management positions at Nestle Corp and Async Corp., a voice mail service company.
Delaney is completing her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. She received the 2006 Stevie Award for Best Sales Executive from the American Business Awards. She is a fellow at Leadership Greater Chicago and a board member of the Business Marketing Association of Chicago.
Corey Epperly
Vice President – Sales, Marketing & Training
Epperly is a results oriented leader with a proven track record of helping Fortune 500 companies improve their recruitment practices and talent management effectiveness. As Vice President for Personified, he is in charge of growing the firm’s presence as the number one resource for talent management consulting and services through sales and marketing efforts.
Prior to Personified, Epperly served as an Area Manager for CareerBuilder.com where he managed a number of U.S. offices. He also successfully opened the Washington, D.C. sales office during his tenure and ran the national accounts team out of Chicago,
Epperly also served as the Director of Sales at PSINet, a technology consulting services firm, where he was in charge of office openings, sales force expansion and product development.
Epperly holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech.
Jeffrey K. Cordes
Managing Director – Client & Project Management
Cordes has more than 23 years of talent management experience with leading organizations like DHL, Sears Holdings Corporation and Ryder Dedicated Logistics, and he is highly skilled at helping companies drive sustainable, bottom-line results from the successful integration of their talent acquisition, development and retention efforts. In his role as managing director, Jeff is responsible for Personified’s consulting deliverables and client satisfaction.
Prior to joining CareerBuilder.com, Jeff was the President of Human Capital Results and previously held senior executive management and consulting partner positions with IBM Corporation, IBM Consulting Group, Xpedior Inc., Apropos Technology Inc. and NCI. Jeff is an adjunct professor in the Human Resources track of the MBA program at Benedictine University and a guest lecturer at DePaul University in Chicago. He previously taught and chaired the Quality Program at the Wharton School of Business. Jeff is the Chairman of HR Exchange in Chicago and sits on the Board of Directors for Character Education Partnership in Washington, D.C.
Brett Kashanitz
Director of Consulting Services
Focused on creating the best consulting force in the industry, Brett is creating an environment of growth, development and thought leadership. He is passionate about recruiting and growing a network of consultants that can positively impact our client/partner organizations while developing our consultants. Personified Consulting will be the employer of choice for Talent consultants.
Prior to joining Personified, Brett was the Director of Agency Relationships and Diversity Marketing Manager for CareerBuilder.com. In his role he led the organizations relationships with its recruitment advertising partners as well as the Competitive Intelligence program. He has been with CareerBuilder.com over 5 years in sales, marketing and diversity roles.
Brett’s previous experience as a Recruiting Manager at Deloitte Consulting leading the ERP and BW recruitment efforts and his own Consulting and Contracting experience has prepared him for this current role. Brett has a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University.
