The Director of Payroll Services is responsible for directing all payroll and related functions and for directing the activities of the senior payroll management team and respective staff members within the centralized payroll department. The Director will also develop and control all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization’s payroll processing objectives, including relationships with internal and external auditors, state and federal agencies, pension funds and union representatives.
