The organization is located in southeastern Florida and is headquartered in the Coral Gables area and provides health care services to Medicaid and Healthy Kids populations. Simply Healthcare Plans offers a comprehensive health care delivery system that includes health care networks comprised of most area hospitals, as well as specialty and primary care physicians within its service area of Miami-Dade. In addition, we also provide health care services to Medicaid recipients within the service areas of Hillsborough, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Seminole counties.

National Coverage Determination (NCD)

Medicare releases National Coverage Determinations (NCD) when changes are made to medical/treatments that were evaluated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and are not covered by Medicare. Determination of coverage is often related to specific Medicare criteria and guidelines. We will inform you of National Coverage Update releases via this Website and Member Newsletters.
