TRS pays $1000 bonuses when a referrral completes a 13 week assignment. $1000 will be paid if you are working for TRS when your referral completes their assignment. $500 will be paid if you are not working for TRS when your referral completes their assignment.

Obtaining a license to work in a different state can be an expensive consideration for Healthcare Professionals choosing an assignment, however TRS takes the worry away with our reimbursement plan. We reimburse our Healthcare Professionals for any state license they obtain in order to work an assignment for TRS. This allows you to choose based on the merits of the assignment without concern for extraneous costs
