Founded in 1979 in Athens, GA, BOS has expanded to serving businesses and government agencies across the country. The firm currently operates across three timezones.
Placements include administrative professionals, accounting & bookkeeping, legal, insurance, healthcare for both clinics and hospitals, call centers, and IT professionals including programmers, hardware and network professionals.
BOS has a rigorous screening process for applicants insuring our clients that each employee will be the best fit for their needs. Through a combination of skill testing, reference checks, and personal interviews fewer than 1/4 of applicants are selected for placement with a client firm.

Established in 1979
BOS was founded in 1979 by Nathan Carmack. The firm got its start providing administrative support in Athens, Ga. As the staffing industry changed more areas of expertise were added including light industrial placements, call centers and healthcare.
In 2005 the firm added its first call center client, starting a specialty that has grown every year since.
In 2008 the firm created a new division, BOS Medical Staffing to serve the growing staffing needs of the healthcare market. The firm now has nurses as well as support staff working in clinics and hospital environments.
In recent years, the firm has increased its focus on the federal government market. The company is on GSA Schedule and has placed personnel with federal agencies across the country including the US Army, Centers for Disease Control, US Merit Systems, Dept of Veterans Administration and others.
