And Sears' Product Repair Services (In-Home and Carry-In), the largest provider of product repair services in the country, is a key element in Sears' active relationship with more than 48 million households. In the In-Home business, more than 10,000 service technicians make in excess of 14 million service calls annually in all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico under the service brands of Sears Parts & Repair Services and A&E Factory Service. The Carry-In business provides repair services for smaller items brought in to Sears Parts & Repair Centers located throughout the U.S. or to any Sears full-line store. Commercial and residential customers can also purchase parts for all major brands of products including home appliances, lawn and garden equipment, home electronics, floor care products, and heating and cooling systems in Sears parts centers or online at sears.com under Parts. Sears Product Repair Services sells, services and completes more than 1 million home installations annually of residential cooling and heating systems as the exclusive national retailer of Carrier and Kenmore systems. Customer Care Network

Sears Customer Care Network (CCN) is a national support operation for Sears that provides inbound and outbound sales and services to customers. Our network manages more than 200 million customer calls, letters and e-mails each year.

Our dynamic support team is unique and diverse. We offer a fast-paced environment with many personal rewards. Associates work in an energized workplace, and the CCN offers employment opportunities that support a variety of businesses including appliance Protection Plan sales, sears.com customer support, product repair scheduling, new product delivery and appliance parts sales. Our core purpose is to build customer loyalty and to be the preferred and most trusted resource for the products and services that enhance home and family life.
