Sr. Oracle Database Administrator

Transfer data across different platforms using established procedures and methodologies. Monitor system security and provide production support for client. Install, setup, configure, maintain, build backup databases and tune the databases as per client needs on multiple operating systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering (any), Mathematic, Physics or related field with 5 years of work experience. Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites within the U.S.

Technical Recruiter

Research, analyze, and provide recommendations on current best hiring and industry practices on hiring trends specific to the IT industry. Responsible for recruitment for key positions by screening, interviewing and selecting based on position requirements. Work on the Alchemus applicant tracking system for tracking, updating and maintaining information. Prepare Policy manuals and process guidelines for recruitment. Requirements: BA/BS degree—or its foreign degree equivalent*—HR, Business Administration & Personnel Mgmt. Possess 4 years experience in recruiting IT professionals. Possess 2 years experience recruiting in the areas of Business Intelligence, SAP, Microsoft, Datawarehousing and Database administration. Must have demonstrated expertise in Alchemus and Peoplesoft applicant tracking systems. There is no telecommuting for this position. *Will accept any three-year BA/BS foreign degree program.
