Overview
Crestliner’s legacy began in 1946. 18 years later, when we began welding our hulls in 1964, the riveted boat companies thought it would never last. They couldn’t perfect it, so they assumed no one else could either. Crestliner proved them wrong with our revolutionary tongue-and-groove UniWeld construction. Now, virtually every leading aluminum boat manufacturer has attempted to match our level of innovation and quality. They say imitation is the highest form of flattery. At Crestliner, we happily agree.

Crestliner helps “Aiming For A Cure” raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network and the Children’s Hospital of Iowa

Little Falls, MN… On March 19-20, 2005, Crestliner participated in the 2ND Annual “Aiming For A Cure” event, a celebrity charity effort to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network and the Children’s Hospital of Iowa. Crestliner was a Master Level sponsor at the event, which was held at the Highland Hideaway Hunt Club near Riverside, Iowa. Among the celebrities who attended “Aiming For A Cure” were TV’s Babe Winkelman, NFL players including Bubby Brister, Marv Cook and the Hilgenbergs, NASCAR drivers, major league baseball players, PGA golfers and more.

In addition to silent and live auctions to raise money for cancer research and treatment, “Aiming For A Cure” featured a team shooting event. Teams of six competed in sporting clays and a live pheasant hunt at the Highland Hideaway Hunt Club. Al Kuebelbeck, President of Crestliner, along with his teammates, finished top-5 in the competition. “This was a wonderful event that raised so much money for children suffering from cancer. Crestliner is proud to have been a sponsor and we look forward to participating again next year,” said Kuebelbeck.

“Aiming For A Cure” is a unique partnership between Hunter’s Specialties and the Children’s Miracle Network. For more information, visit www.aimingforacure.com.
