The Mental Health Cooperative is a mental health agency that incorporates intensive case management, psychiatric/clinic services and 24 hour emergency psychiatric services into an integrated system of care. Our services assist children and adults who have a serious mental illness to live successful and satisfying lives in the community and recover from the devastating effects of the illness

Case Managemen t- MHC's case management focus is to serve individuals with the greatest needs who are consuming the most costly, intensive, and intrusive resources. MHC’s case management services are based on the Assertive Community Treatment approach.

Psychiatric Clinic - MHC’s psychiatric clinic is integrated into all clinical service offered by MHC. After establishing a diagnosis, MHC utilizes evidence based treatment protocols to assist the consumer in finding the “right” treatment.

Crisis Care - MHC's crisis team is the first line of response for adults (ages 18 and older) who are experiencing a mental health crisis in Davidson County. If you are facing an emergency call 615-726-0125 for help.

Support Services - MHC is aware that additional support is needed to assist the consumer with special needs as they arise.
