Aflac Sales Associates enjoy these benefits:

Compensation and Benefits for Aflac Sales Associates*
In addition to commissions and Aflac's associate stock bonus program, there are a number of special recognitions and awards available to associates to help motivate them to achieve and exceed production goals. Rewards include cash bonuses, prizes and trips.
First-Year and Renewal Commissions First-year commissions are awarded for each policy sold by our sales associates. First-year commissions can be paid in advance or as earned. Renewal commissions are awarded for each policy renewed.
Stock Bonus Program Our stock bonus plan lets all associates share in Aflac's success, and no contribution is required from sales associates participating in the program. Aflac associates are automatic participants beginning with the first month of service; bonuses are paid when a policyholder pays the 13th month's premium and will be calculated as a percent of annualized premium. Dividends can be reinvested in Aflac stock [AFL] or paid directly to associates.
Benefits When you join Aflac, you have the opportunity to join the National Association of Professional Agents (NAPA). As an Aflac sales associate you and your family can receive insurance coverage through NAPA, including health, guaranteed-issue life, dental and errors and omissions insurance in addition to other discount services and benefits.
