Community Hospital Anderson provides a true continuum of care for patients of all ages, with services that range from mother/baby care to hospital-owned nursing homes. The Community Physician Network includes more than 500 primary care and specialty physicians, located at more than 100 practice sites in Central Indiana. Created through the strategic integration of several physician groups, Community Physician Network is now one of the largest, physician-led primary care groups in Indiana. Our friendly, personable team cares for more than 270,000 patients, with a mission to transform healthcare delivery via improved access, enhances technologies, and streamlined coordination of care.
