Overview
Founded in 1985, Celadon is now one of the top truckload carriers in North America serving a variety of companies from diverse industry groups, companies who are themselves leaders in their respective industries. Celadon is one of a limited number of companies that is able to provide for time-sensitive cargo shipments through trailer door-to-door transport in and between any of the NAFTA countries. We have built Celadon on industry leadership in Safety, Technology, Service and Security.

Our dedication to service and quality is unparalleled in the industry. We are ISO 9001 certified and play an integral role in our customers supply chain management process as we service a variety of high-intensity production lines, distribution channels, and customer direct traffic. In addition, we have earned multiple 1st Place finishes from the Truckload Carriers Association for its National Fleet Safety Award among carriers hauling over 100 million miles!

Celadon has also always recognized the powerful role of technology. We are committed to leading the way in trucking industry technology and investing in leading edge system enhancements. In 1991, we were one of the very first carriers to install satellite-based tracking systems in our trucks, which allows our customers to track their loads over the internet, in real time, in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Full service Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and internet load tender, load tracking and document retrieval are available to provide customers with cost effective transportation solutions.

As a transportation leader and innovator, our TruckersB2B division is a membership program that provides pre-negotiated savings to thousands of small and medium-sized trucking companies on fuel, tires, trailers, software --and virtually everything else a trucking company needs.

Celadon Group Inc. has been a publicly traded company since 1994 and is listed on the NASDAQ under the symbol CLDN. Thanks for your interest in Celadon. We are committed to be the finest truckload carrier in North America.
