- LifeWorks®—More than an employee assistance program, LifeWorks is a one-stop resource that offers consultation, information and personalized referrals 24 hours a day, seven days a week for employees and their families.
In addition, Classic Residence by Hyatt offers eligible full-time employees health care benefits at a shared cost of the coverage:
- Medical coverage—Employees may choose from two plans, both with prescription drug coverage included, for employees and their eligible dependents
- Dental coverage—for employees and their eligible dependents
Classic Residence by Hyatt also sponsors several voluntary benefit programs:
- Retirement/401(k) Plan—Employees may save for retirement by deferring pay into the plan on a pre-tax basis. In addition to voluntary employee contributions, the plan features a generous year-end company matching contribution.
- Supplemental Life Insurance—Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves or their eligible dependents.
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)—Employees may set aside pre-tax money into the Health Care FSA to pay for certain medical, dental and vision costs not covered by insurance or into the Dependent Care FSA to cover eligible child-care and elder-care expenses.
- Tuition Reimbursement Program—Employees may receive reimbursement for educational expenses for tuition, textbooks, etc., for approved courses.
