The Restaurant group consists of four different concepts: Classic Café, Marketplace Café, Café Bistro and Nordstrom Grill. We develop our menus regionally, ensuring that each area of the country has a menu selection to meet our customer’s palate.
The Specialty Coffee group consists of three different concepts: Espresso Bar, Ebar and in House Café & Coffee Bar. Store size, location and restaurant concept determine which specialty coffee concept will operate. Each concept serves high quality coffee and non-coffee beverages, sandwiches, salads and pastries.

Nordstrom Restaurants:
- Our Classic Cafe provides a casual place to meet and dine in comfortable surroundings. Menu selections include freshly prepared salads, hearty sandwiches, flavorful pasta dishes and tempting dessert selections.
- Our Marketplace Cafe provides our customers with the opportunity to take a unique journey through a contemporary food marketplace. Menu selections include soups, made-to-order salads, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, daily specials and tempting desserts.
- Our Cafe Bistro is a casual and affordable restaurant that expresses a passion for food and cooking the moment you enter the door. Customers are greeted with a view of the display kitchen complete with a brick oven surrounded by counter seating. Menu selections include colorful salads, brick oven entrees and boldly flavored sandwiches.
- Our Nordstrom Grill is a comfortable and classic full-service restaurant located within select Nordstrom stores. Menu selections include house-prepared soups, grilled sandwiches, freshly prepared salads and delicious main courses. The Grill also serves beer, wine and mixed drinks.
Nordstrom Speciality Coffee:
- Near the entrance of most stores, our Espresso Bar provides fresh coffee beverages prepared by skilled baristas, freshly baked pastries, Kids' Cafe items, and packaged sandwiches and salads.
- Near the entrance of select stores, our ebar provides fresh coffee beverages prepared by skilled baristas, freshly baked pastries, made-to-order smoothies, Kids' Cafe items, and packaged sandwiches and salads.
- Our In House Cafe & Coffee Bar combines familiar elements of our Espresso Bar with those of our Cafes. Positioned at the entrance of selecct stores, In House provides a contemporary environment that is warm and interactive. Menu selections include fresh coffee beverages, prepared sandwiches, salads, Kids' Cafe items, and made-to-order smoothies.
