Medical Benefits
KeyTrak offers company-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as a prescription drug plan to all full-time employees after their 120-day introductory period. Dependent medical benefits are available at the employee’s expense.
401(k) Matching Program
Our 401(k) plan, which has several funds to choose from, is a pre-tax retirement investment plan. Employees are eligible to participate in this plan after one year of regular full-time employment. Contributions, which are entirely voluntary, are made through payroll deductions. KeyTrak will contribute $0.50 for every one dollar of the first 6% of pretax money an employee contributes. An employee is 100% vested in the plan after 7 years of employment.
Performance Reviews
Most employees are given performance reviews each January and July. In these reviews, you are given the opportunity to discuss the goals for your position and how to best achieve success in your assignments. You may also have a salary review at this time.
Holidays
KeyTrak recognizes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day, and a floating holiday before or after Christmas as paid holidays.
Vacation
During the first year a new employee starts, no paid vacation is available; however, unpaid days off may be negotiated. Starting January 1 of the following year, one day of paid vacation is available for each full month worked the prior year, up to 10 days. Employees are awarded 10 paid vacation days after their first full year of employment. After 5 years of employment, 15 days are awarded. After 10 years, employees are given 20 days.
Referral Bonuses
As KeyTrak continues to grow, we are continually looking for quality people to fill our openings, and we have had excellent recommendations from current employees. Not only do we benefit from these recommendations, but the referring employee also receives a bonus of $1,500 to $4,000 for full-time referrals! Bonuses are awarded after the new hire has successfully completed the 120-day introductory period.

Our College Station facility has a free on-site fitness facility for use by employees and their immediate family members.
Discounted Vehicles
Because of our special relationship with various vehicle manufacturers, KeyTrak participates in several programs which enable our employees to purchase or lease eligible vehicles at prices significantly lower than retail. Participating manufacturers include Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Dodge, and others.
Exceptional Training
KeyTrak employees come from every background. Very few are specifically trained in the technical aspects of the industry, dealership software or systems operations. We provide comprehensive training and development programs to both prepare our employees for their job responsibilities and to educate them about the dealership industry. A wide variety of in-house training classes and seminars are offered to all employees so that they can prepare for their assignments and continue to develop those skills necessary to succeed. Through the KeyTrak Internal Learning Institute and Management Institute, employees can attend classes on dealership operations, self-development and management skills.
Athletic Activities
KeyTrak sponsors various sports leagues for employees and their immediate families including softball, basketball, volleyball and bowling. Employees also participate in charity events, such as our annual Toys for Tots 10K Run, the American Heart Association Heart Walk, and the MS 150 Bike Ride.
Dining Rooms
Dining Rooms, located at the College Station facility, is open weekdays for breakfast and lunch for all employees. A salad bar and a variety of entrees and sandwiches are available. Payment is made by payroll deduction.
Dependent Care Account
Full time employees can utilize this account to pay for dependent care expenses (such as child care) with pre-tax dollars, resulting in lower dependent care costs.

KeyTrak is pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at the 22nd annual Trends Rental Housing Management Conference and Trade Show. The event will be held at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, Washington on December 12th.
