Zolon Tech, Inc. (Zolon), headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, is an SBA Section 8(a) certified firm through the year 2012 and is qualified to participate in Small Business and 8(a) procurements. Established in 1998, Zolon is currently working in 27 states with a full-time technical staff of recruiters to ensure that we are able to rapidly provide pre-screened and technically qualified IT professionals and staff augmentation for our clients’ projects.

Zolon has made a substantial management, technical, and financial commitment over an extended period of time to improve its processes and, as a result, is now an established CMMI Maturity Level 3 assessed and ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System registered company. This combination of CMMI Maturity Level 3 and adherence to ISO 9001:2000 places Zolon in the top 1% of all national (large and small) IT companies and one of only two 8(a) companies with these qualifications.

Zolon provides database and application maintenance, production and change support, new development (from requirements analysis to implementation), programming, and application and report enhancements – in fact, full life cycle operations and maintenance (O&M) of databases and applications. We also provide application performance and monitoring, testing, training, support and consultation for hardware, software and peripherals, Help Desk support services and all technical and user documentation for data and database support services. We also offer services in data systems conversion and Web-based data application design, studies of new and emerging data technology, data Disaster Recovery services and Network Security. Zolon has extensive experience in providing database maintenance and support services; indeed, database development, installation, operation and maintenance is a core competency and one upon which we have built our business in both the commercial and government markets. We have had over 40 customers where database technology was a component of the service offering.
