SBA Communications Corporation (SBA) is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications towers in the United States. We generate revenues from two primary businesses; site leasing and site development services.

In our site leasing business, we lease antenna space on towers and other structures that SBA owns or manages. The towers we own have either been built by us at the request of a wireless carrier or built or acquired based on our own initiative. We own, operate and or manage towers and building rooftops across the continental United States.

In our site development business, SBA Network Services, Inc. offers wireless service providers and operators assistance in developing their own networks, including identifying and acquiring locations to place their antennas and transmission equipment, obtaining zoning approvals, and cell site audits for the augmentation of existing wireless facilities. Our construction group offers additional development services to continue the development process. We assist wireless service providers in building towers, installing antennas and transmission equipment, setting shelters, installing or enhancing power plants and a full range of civil and electrical construction services. To complete the development process, our technical services group offers a wide array of services including, base station engineering and installation, project management and network optimization.

Wireless use will continue to grow and as it does, network infrastructure will play an increasingly important role.
