Bonus Pay You will receive one week’s bonus pay after completing 1,500 continuous hours on assignment within 12 months of your start date. Notify your Staffing Manager when you approach 1,500 hours. Accumulation of hours will recommence after the entire 12 months is complete. Please note that the 1,500-hour bonus is not available for payroll service employees.

401 (k) Plan ACT•1 is proud to offer you participation in a 401 (k) Plan. This plan is available after 500 hours of continuous employment to any employee who meets the eligibility requirements.

Free Software Training ACT•1 offices are equipped with our ACT•ion PC Training System. Qualified employees have the opportunity to learn a variety of new software packages and updated skills.

24-Hour Availability Call us outside business hours if an emergency prevents you from reporting promptly to your assignment. Staffing Managers are always available by pager or answering service.
