Quest Personnel Resources, Inc. opened in Houston, Texas in 1981. The company originally began as a permanent placement firm and expanded into the temporary placement sector in 1985.

The areas of specialization that Quest Personnel provides includes administrative, accounting/financial and legal support staff. Our pool of applicants is comprised of professionals in a variety of specialties including administrative assistants, customer service representatives, receptionists, secretaries, data entry clerks, accounting clerks, legal secretaries, paralegals and entry level sales staff.
Our client companies are equally diverse: manufacturing companies, oil and gas corporations, law firms, financial services, publishing companies, advertising agencies, newspapers, insurance firms, and real estate companies. They range from small entrepreneurial firms to Fortune 500. Much of Quest Personnel's business is based on referrals and repeat clients.
Benefits
  • VACATION Quest temporaries are eligible for five (5) days of vacation after working 1500 consecutive hours per year.*
  • HOLIDAYS Quest temporaries are eligible for paid holidays after working 1500 consecutive hours per year.* Temporaries must work the day prior and the day following the holiday. Temporaries are eligible for a maximum of six (6) paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
  • GROUP INSURANCE* Insurance coverage is available at group rates for major medical, hospitalization, maternity, and life and is paid 100% by the temporary. A dental referral plan which provides discounted rates at certain dental clinics is also available. Quest temporaries are fully covered by Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and Liability Insurance.
  • Q-BUCKS Quest temporaries are encouraged to refer their friends and co-workers to us. Once a referred applicant is hired by Quest and completes 40 hours on temporary assignments or is placed in a permanent position, a $25.00 bonus will be awarded to the individual who made the referral.
  • INDIVIDUAL RECOGNITION Quest encourages and recognizes excellence through our Temporary of the Month program. Temporaries qualify for this distinction by receiving excellent client evaluations, going the extra mile and being requested by a client for another assignment.
