Our more than 400 CarMax Auto Finance (CAF) Associates support the growth and development of our retail stores across the country by acting as CarMax's primary lender. - CAF Call Center
- Customer Service - manages flow of inbound and outbound calls
- Account Management - manages and collects on accounts at various stages
