Training
Our Training Programs are the Best in the Industry:
Management Development Program
This program will provide an orientation for new and existing personnel (service or shop) with training to effectively perform assigned duties according to Just Brakes policies, procedures and business culture. The performance-based program contains four levels of instruction and is self-paced.
New Hire Orientation
This program acclimates newly hired personnel with the Just Brakes culture and teaches safety and human resources policies and procedures.
Certified Brake Safety Expert Training Program
Just Brakes certified Safety Expert Program will provide you a one of a kind opportunity to receive intensive field training in modern brake repair. This training is ongoing and includes a comprehensive three day course, which includes instruction and testing.
Certified Center Manager Training Program
Get certified as a JUST BRAKES Center Manager. This week long intensive course will train you on efficient store operations, service & inspection procedures, customer service, production, profit and loss, Human Resources, Inventory Management and more. In order to achieve certification, employees are required to pass a comprehensive examination.
