Allegiance is an organization of highly respected care givers dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and their families living with advanced illness. We are compassionate in all that we do and will not compromise when it comes to the care of others. Our mission is to be the provider of choice for end of life care within every market we serve.

Allegiance operates Hospice programs serving 20 communities in the Merrimack Valley and Southeastern Massachusetts. What we do, who we are, and how we work are unique to Allegiance. We want all of our constituents (patients, families, fellow employees, referral sources, shareholders, suppliers, etc.) to believe there is a difference in choosing Allegiance and through their association with us, they get something more, something better, something different.
