The Novo Group was founded in late 2003 by two proven entrepreneurs, Mike Harris and Cindy Lu. Starting with an office in Milwaukee, WI, the firm has already grown to approximately 50 employees with second office location in Chicago, IL. Novo intends to open additional offices and continue to provide services with it's recruiters across the US.
