Premier Alliance has been providing flexible, scalable advisory, consulting & resource services nationally since 1995. We serve a range of organizations, from Fortune companies to mid-sized & owner-managed businesses, in a broad range of industries. We call it 360˚ Intelligence Delivery, which means that we offer the full spectrum of advisory, consulting & resource services required to solve complex business issues. We are a highly nimble organization with the flexibility to scale all of our services to meet our clients’ needs cost effectively. In late 2009, the company began implementing its M&A strategy, and by late 2010, completed three successful transactions. We have researched over 40 M&A targets and are currently working on future transactions that will provide financial, managerial, strategic and philosophical synergies, enabling us to best serve our growing national clientele. We serve our clients from corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC and offices in Winston-Salem, NC, Kansas City, Los Angeles and San Diego.

Salaried Employees

Most full-time (30+ hours/week), salaried employees are eligible for our medical/dental plan, beginning on the first day of the month following 30 days of service. The complete package consists of the following:
