Count on additional training through vendor clinics and our own Hibbett University program. Store managers and district managers give feedback on employee progress as well as provide tips on ways to improve performance. We also encourage input from everyone on our team to help us continue to grow and improve Performance Our Team Members performance is a key element to Hibbett Sport’s success. Community Relations

Hibbett Sports often receives requests for added involvement in the community through donations, event sponsorships and team sponsorships, among various other requests.

Because of the number of locations we have, and the vast number of organizations requesting our involvement, we are unable to do individual sponsorships. However, we have developed specific guidelines for ways in which Hibbett Sports supports our communities.

Community service projects, like our United Way Giving program, help us give back to the communities who are so supportive of us.
