Alpha-Care Health Professionals, LLC originally a branch office of Alpha Christian Registry founded in 1979 started as a local nurse staffing agency. The organization soon became a licensed and accredited regional provider of private duty home care, pediatric and adult skilled care and supplemental health care staffing.
In 2004, a local group of healthcare and business professionals acquired the agency and the company name changed to Alpha-Care Health Professionals, LLC. Since that time, Alpha-Care has experienced significant growth and currently has branch offices in Charleston, Danville and Decatur. We have expansion plans for several other Central Illinois communities in the near future.

Alpha-Care Healthcare Professionals specializes in providing temporary or ongoing services to those in need of assistance with everyday living activities. Individuals utilizing our services range from those recovering from a recent hospitalization to someone attempting to remain independent while coping with a disability, chronic illness or age related infirmity. Alpha-Care employs a large staff of experienced home care aides who can assist you in meeting all of your needs. Additionally all of our aides are thoroughly screened, tested and supervised by an experienced administrative team that includes RN case managers.
