Benefits
Reznick Group offers an excellent benefits package to all full-time and eligible part-time employees. Our benefits are designed to enhance your experience as an employee and make Reznick Group a better place to work. We are constantly working to keep our benefits package competitve within the industry. Some of our benefits include: Paid Time Off (PTO) Full-time employees will accrue between 20 and 35 days of PTO each year, depending on length of service or attaining a managerial position. Part-time employees will accrue between 10 and 15 days of PTO. Newly hired full and part-time employees will receive a pro-rated amount of PTO on their first day of employment. Additional Paid Time Off Holidays Reznick Group is closed for observance of seven holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas Day. In addition, two more paid holidays will be chosen by firm management and announced at the beginning of each year. Bereavement Leave One week paid time off for immediate family members is granted to employees. Parental Leave Provides one week paid time off for the mother and father of a new baby. Medical Coverage Reznick Group employees are currently offered coverage by a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan. This plan works with many local and national networks so each member of our health plan has access to qualified and licensed providers. By working with a pre-selected provider base, employees and covered dependents are assured of an excellent quality of care. No deductibles for in-network, 100% paid wellness benefits and low co-payments make the difference. Dental Coverage Employees have the choice of a low-cost HMO-type plan with no deductibles and no maximum level of benefits, offering quality care through a smaller network of dentists or a PPO-type plan that allows the freedom to choice any dentist for treatment. Guaranteed co-payments, pre-negotiated fees, professional treatment standards and more. Health Care/Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Option of Flexible Spending Account Plans allow employees to convert otherwise taxable income into tax-free health-care and dependent-care benefits. Employees can pay for a wide-variety of health-related and dependent care expenses not covered by other benefit plans. 401(k) Savings Plan Reznick Group will match up to 50% of the first 5% of an employee’s compensation contributed to the plan provided they are employed on December 31 of that year. All matching contributions made by Reznick Group will be 100% vested after five years of continuous full-time service. Other Great Benefits Life/Disability Insurance Reznick Group provides basic life insurance, voluntary supplemental life insurance, and employer paid short-term and long-term disability. Basic life insurance coverage is equal to annual base pay. Vision Plan Reznick Group provides a discount vision benefit which is a comprehensive eye care services plan. The plan includes eye examinations, eyeglasses, and contact lenses all at preferred pricing discounts for employees and their entire family. Tuition Reimbursement Employees are eligible to be reimbursed for tuition at accredited schools and universities. Training Programs Internal and external firm-sponsored training provides a minimum of 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education credits per year for accounting-related courses for each professional employee. CPA Certification Bonus Not only will Reznick Group pay eligible employees time off to sit for the CPA Exam, the CPA Certification Bonus Program was introduced in November 2003. Eligible employees will receive $2,000 upon completion of all four parts of the CPA exam, and an additional $500 bonus when actual certificate is received. And Much More…
