Our College Recruiting process for full-time post-graduation positions begins with our on-campus visits every fall. Typically, an Executive, DISH Network College Recruiter, and recent alumnus of the school lead information sessions, recruit at career fairs, and interview potential candidates to determine cultural fit. Next, selected candidates are asked to complete two assessments that help us to further determine his/her fit within DISH Network.
In November, those who have been carefully selected are invited to an on-site visit at DISH Network’s corporate headquarters in Colorado for final-round interviews. Following this event, DISH will check references and extend offers to the top candidates.
