Overview
Innovative Driver Services Company was established in January 1995 and incorporated in May 1996. IDSC started in the back office of a major manufacturing company and has grown to be a respected Driver Leasing Service throughout the Southeast. Our company has evolved from an ISO certified environment and as a result, our operations are documented and structured for superior results.

Innovative Driver Services Company provides commercial truck drivers to large and small companies throughout the Southeast. Specializing and leasing truck drivers with CDL certifications (class-A, class-B and class-C) has been our only business since 1995. We screen and hire applicants for compliance with DOT regulations and those requirements of our customers. Our drivers are dispatched to customers, considering their experience and the requirements of our customers. The assignments vary from a day, a week and a month to year round. Companies can utilize our service to staff their driver needs. Possible staffing situations may include hiring drivers for permanent positions, helping with seasonal needs, covering the extended absences or vacations of the company's permanent drivers and assisting with any unplanned driver situations that arise during the course of normal business operations.

Our first office was in Charlotte, NC. The office grew quickly and became a major force in the Charlotte market. The success in Charlotte was encouraging and the company looked to expand.

In October of 1996, IDSC opened a second office in Greensboro, NC. The Charlotte and Greensboro offices grew and increased their market presence every year. In early 1999 the decision was made to expand into the Raleigh, NC and Greenville, SC markets.

In March 1999, we started the Raleigh operation. This office serves Eastern North Carolina. In May 1999, we started our operation in Greenville, SC which serves the Upstate of South Carolina. The expansion has gone well and our growth has been strong. In 2001 we began operating in Columbia, SC., added a Nashville, TN office in May of 2004 and then expanded to Atlanta, GA in the Spring of 2005. The ability to offer superior service to customers with multiple Southeast locations has been instrumental to our success. We have raised the level of service in all of our markets and set an example for all others to follow.

We plan to continue our expansion throughout the Southeast as opportunities arise. Innovative Driver Services Company is preparing for the future with a close eye on the needs of our customers.
Culture
Driver Requirements: 1. CDL Class-A 2. At least twenty-three (23) years of age. 3. 2 years of verifiable, CDL truck driving experience (tractor-trailer) 4. Current DOT Medical card and long form 5. No combination of more than three (3) moving violations/accidents within the past three years 6. NO DUI, DWI, RECKLESS DRIVING, DRIVING WHILE REVOKED WILL BE ACCEPTED IF CONVICTION DATE WAS WITHIN THE PAST FIVE (5) YEARS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE APPLICATION 7. Good references 8. Excellent attitude We will consider for employment only those individuals who will submit to a criminal background check. • No felony, theft or larceny conviction within the past seven (7) years preceding the date of the application. • No convictions involving narcotics or illegal drugs. • Only one criminal conviction (other than traffic violations) within the past three (3) years.
