Overview
The Greater Dayton Cancer Center, home to Dayton Oncology & Hematology, P.A.,
is a community based oncology practice providing integrated cancer care services.
The practice, with nine medical and radiation oncologists and a committed staff of
over 80 professionals, opened its new campus style, state-of-the-art facility in 2003.
In addition, the practice has a satellite facility located in Xenia, Ohio.
Career Opportunities
The Greater Dayton Cancer Center in Kettering is the proud 2006 sponsor of the
"Pink Fountain" at the downtown Dayton Court House Square.


As a second year sponsor, the "Pink Fountain" is part of an on-going area education program with
the Center's physicians and staff to promote October's BREAST CANCER AWARENESS month
and other year round monitoring efforts.

The "Pink Fountain" is a visual reminder for women of all ages to be aware of how important
an annual mammogram is as part of their overall wellness regimen.

Services
The Greater Dayton Cancer Center offers numerous services in one location making cancer treatment more effective and convenient for their patients. These integrated services include medical and
radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging including PET and CT, clinical laboratory services, clinical research, continuing medical education and weekly patient and family education programs.

ON-SITE RESEARCH
Our physicians have a very strong commitment to our on-site research infrastructre, which includes
a dedicated full-time staff to offer Phase I and Phase II trials as well as trials in breast, colon, lung, prostate cancer and melanoma – all of which are available to our patients.

FAMILY EDUCATION AND THERAPY
Family education is a critical element to patients and the treatment they receive. Our staff provides
on-site education to new and existing patients and their families regarding questions and concerns they have regarding their treatment, the side effects, what to expect and other frequently asked questions.

HEALTH SCREENINGS
The Center offers, in conjunction with area providers, health screenings, cancer prevention and education programs to the residents in our communities as well as genetic predictors of response
and gene therapy.

an affiliate of U.S.Oncology with over 80 cancer treatment
centers in the U.S., has been serving the Dayton community since 1995. Caring for over 175
patients daily, Greater Dayton Cancer Center is unique because both medical and radiation
