The primary function of D. E. Foxx & Associates, Inc. is to provide shared services support - like accounting, human resources, legal support, marketing and technology services - to our family of companies. Our shared services keep our brands running efficiently, adeptly and cost-effectively.

But it is through our brands— Foxx Construction, Validex, XLC Services, and Versatex - that our customers know us best. In addition to providing support and resources for our brands D.E. Foxx provides the foundation for consistency in terms of defining the mission, core values, and high standards that are exemplified within the operation of each of our brands. This means that no matter where they are assigned, each of our team members experiences the same collaborative, skillfull, and innovative approach to our business, and the same unwaivering commitment to serving the needs of our customers.

At D.E. Foxx, every department plays a role in supporting the brands so they serve clients at the highest levels of efficiency and quality control.

• Accounting drives our competitive pricing models, manages our internal cost controls, and innovates for customizable invoicing to meet unique client needs.

• Human Resources recruits talent with the technical and people skills that are ideally suited to meet the needs of each brand’s clients. Then HR ensures that our training standards are met consistently. Finally, to sustain our excellent track record on low turnover, HR provides expert benefits management and oversees our work environment.

• Technical Services develops proprietary data systems that define our quality standards and enforce these consistently throughout the daily workflows. This division is constantly innovating to bring online new levels of automation for both internal processes and client business. The increased productivity drives down our costs and strengthens our competitive pricing.

• The Legal Department implements our corporate goal of achieving contracts that are designed to build sustainable long-term client relationships. To do so, they ensure clear expectations from the start of our client relationships.

• Business Development and Marketing build brand awareness in print and on the Web, ensuring that our competitive distinctions are communicated clearly. In many ways, this is our first step toward long-lasting business partnerships by helping new clients and potential clients understand the values that set our brands apart.

• Validex, Employment Screening Services - an industry pioneer in employment screening services with more than two decades in the industry. As an expert in best practices, we are intensely focused on unsurpassed accuracy, highly personalized client service, and strategic consultation. Validex serves a cross section of customers in all 50 states, from small local companies to multinational Fortune 100 corporations.

• Versatex - our newest brand providing Vendor Managed Services to help our business customers solve the logistical and day-to-day operations issues associated with managing multiple supplier and service providers.
