Pacific Pulmonary Services is one of the largest providers of home oxygen, sleep therapy and respiratory medications in the United States. We have more than 1000 employees dedicated to patient care and service. Our operations include 100 local service centers across 16 states, a pharmacy in Tempe, AZ, a sleep therapy operations center in Bakersfield, CA, a Customer Care Center in Lexington, KY, Reimbursement Centers in Brentwood, CA and Omaha, NE and our corporate administration and training center in Novato, CA.

We take a personal interest in our customers

One of the hallmarks of Pacific Pulmonary Services is the personal interest we take in the well being of all of our customers. To that end, our pharmacy staff follow up with customers every month to check on their condition. And on home visits, we ask how the customer is doing, monitor compliance, and contact the doctor's office immediately, if necessary.

Also, many of our customers are on Medicare - a system that requires a multitude of paperwork. While there is no way around it, Pacific Pulmonary Services shoulders much of the burden of this paperwork. We strive to give our customers the home oxygen therapy they require in as efficient a manner as possible.

As a smaller company, we know the local landscape better than most. If someone is in need of services immediately, we'll be there to help. We're on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And if a customer prefers that we phone first before delivering oxygen, we will certainly respect their wishes. Sometimes friendliness and respect is the best medicine.

Our services are second to none

We begin by supplying the best oxygen equipment in the industry, including lightweight portable systems that integrate more easily into a person's life. We make sure the customer understands exactly how to use the equipment, explaining things as many times as necessary.

Next, when a physician prescribes home oxygen and respiratory medications, Pacific Pulmonary Services coordinates all the logistics of getting it to the customer the same day. We arrange for an independent lab to perform all the necessary pulse oximetry and arterial blood gas tests required by law. We also educate customers at delivery, follow up with them, and if necessary, make return visits to answer any questions about their home treatments.
