Positions include Managing Associates (Second Line Managers), Brokerage Managers and Marketing Directors.

  • Managing Associates manage producer teams and relationships within the firm. This position is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, and supervising an ever-increasing number of highly successful producers. As key members of the management team, managing associates guide producers toward outstanding career opportunities, deliver superior service to clients, and are instrumental in communicating the firm's vision and goals — all while earning significant income.
  • Brokerage Managers are individual motivators, team leaders, and knowledgeable product managers. This position encourages freelance brokers and individual representatives from broker-dealers to turn to New England Financial's upscale product line to help solve their clients' financial and insurance needs.
  • Marketing Directors play a crucial role in developing the firm's identity and image. Responsibilities include identifying target marketing opportunities, coordinating community and industry communications, and organizing special events.
  • These positions are located within our NEF marketing firms. While there might not be an opening at the point in time that you are applying, or in the location that you prefer, we keep resumes on file for a three-month period. We let you know right away via email if there is a current position.
