The Residential Supported Living Programs provided by Holdsworth, Inc. services individuals with Mental Disabilities / Mental Retardation.
The Residential Supported Living Services provided by Holdsworth,Inc. consist of the following types of support arrangements:
- Intensive Supported Living
- Transitional Supported Living (house)
- Transitional Supported Living (apartment)
- Supported Living
- In Home Training
- Therapeutic Foster Care
The goal in each type of living arrangement is to provide the individual with the opportunity to learn living skills and participate in the community. Each individual is encouraged to increase their level of independence.

Referrals for services are made through the Desert Regional Center. The Desert Regional Center determines the level of care and supports that are needed. The people who qualify for services have a developmental disability. The staff Holdsworth, Inc. meets with the person requesting services and their family and other agency staff who are involved with to plan a program centered around the individual's life goals.
In order to support the people living in a Supported Living Arrangement setting, the following is provided:
- Individualized Training
- Access to Recreation
- Socialization
- Skill Assessment

Additionally, for the safety and protection of the people we serve our Company requires: - Pre-employment drug testing

We also do extensive training. Even though an individual may have experience and/or background in the field, we provide a week of paid classroom training, plus field training with the individual being served.

automatic increase after a successful ninety (90) day probation period, at which time benefits will be offered.

- Afternoon and Evening Hours to Accommodate Individuals Served - 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Continuous / Overlap Shifts - 5:30 AM - 9:30 AM
- Overnight Sleep and Awake Shifts - 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM
- Weekend Shifts to Accommodate Individuals Served who are Home on the Weekends
