AristaCare at Norwood Terrace Welcome to AristaCare at Norwood Terrace, a 120-bed skilled nursing & rehabilitation Center with a designated 60-bed post-acute care unit providing 24-hour comprehensive inpatient care to adults of all ages. We're located at the foothills of the beautiful Watchung mountains in Union County, NJ and are in close proximity to the towns of Warren, Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Springfield, Green Brook, Bound Brook and Bridgewater. Located in Central New Jersey off of Route 287, the NJ Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway, and US Route 22, we are privileged to serve not only patients of Union County, but other counties including Somerset County, Middlesex County and Essex County. Unlike a traditional nursing home, our services extend to both the geriatric long-term patient who may require 24 hour skilled nursing care, as well as to adults of all ages requiring short-term rehabilitative services. We are currently contracted providers for several insurance companies, including, but not limited to, MagnaCare, United Healthcare, CIGNA, Intergroup Services Corp., Muliplan, Inc., Wellchoice, Qualcare, Inc., ppoNEXT, Aetna, Devon, Procura Management, Horizon NJ Health, CHN SOlutions, University HealthPlan, US Family Health Plan, and Three Rivers Provider Network.
