Modern Woodmen of America was founded in 1883 to care for widows and orphans. Today we continue to serve the financial security needs of our members and their families as one of America's leading fraternal financial services providers.

With nearly 1,600 field representatives, Modern Woodmen is the nation’s third largest fraternal benefit society, in terms of assets.

Through numerous fraternal programs, benefits and activities, nearly $23 million goes back into the lives of members and their communities annually.
More than 2,300 local camps nationwide provide fellowship and community service.

Established in 2001, MWA Financial Services Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Modern Woodmen that functions as a full-service broker dealer and distributes securities products.
