During Open Enrollment each year (and on the first day of the month following a new employee's hire date), employees may select:

Medical - two PPO plans (including an HRA PPO plan) and two HMO plans, plus prescription drug programs.
Dental - several HMO and PPO plans, which cover expenses for routine oral examinations, cleaning, fluoride treatments and x-rays and other services.
Vision - one plan helps pay for eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses and frames, and offers laser vision correction procedures at a discounted price.

Income Protection Plan
Voluntary Life & AD&D offers additional voluntary supplemental employee and dependent life insurance.
Basic Life & AD&D is equal to 1x salary.
Short Term Disability provides weekly benefits for a maximum of 13 weeks.
