In 1999, the company was officially formed utilizing the zipForm platform as its software foundation. Today, the zipLogix family of tech-savvy products is the recognized industry standard for electronic real estate forms and transaction management system currently used by more than 500,000 real estate professionals.

During 2009, the Exclusive and Official Forms Software of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, rolled out zipForm® 6. This latest generation of their easy-to-use real estate forms software is available as zipForm® 6 Professional (online) and zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop) versions.

zipLogix also offers relay®, the web-based transaction management system designed to provide a transaction solution to real estate professionals that enhance the value of services they deliver to their clients while improving productivity and efficiency. With one-click, zipForm and relay work together to provide their clients the ability to start their “Go Green” initiatives.

The latest addition to their suite of REALTOR®-centric tools is zipOfficePro™, developed by brokers for brokers as an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) / Multiple Listing Service (MLS) intranet solution to increase agent productivity. Lead generation, office and content management, unlimited agent and company branded flyers for MLS listings, uniform company messaging and branding and a floor book listing tool are just a few features.
