The best relationships we've developed and maintained over the past 25 years have been through selecting clients with legitimate talent acquisition / succession planning or unexpected needs, at the GM VP. Director, CEO, COO levels. Can we provide talent acquisition solutions at less senior levels? In most cases, B/E can develop search blueprints to fill mid management and analytical positions. We can develop Sales Management and Territorial Management search, should the need be for enough positions per year to warrant such blueprint.

Since 1988, a key component of the B/E healthcare practice has been the senior living / assisted living (RCFE) and the continuing care industry (CCRC). We've recruited at the Executive Director or VP / Regional Director level in facilities throughout the Western US that combine both private pay and SSI clients. Our client's facilities also support Dementia/Alzheimer's units as part of their continuum of care.
