The Bally Total Fitness staff includes over 5,500 group fitness instructors and nearly 1,000 personal trainers whom are available to help customize workout programs for their members. Bally Total Fitness offers nutritional supplements, the "Bally Total Fitness Nutritionals," that are designed to aid in body fat reduction, lean muscle mass development, exercise recovery, and total health and fitness achievement. These products are available to members as well as non-members. "Bally Essentials," the new on-premise retail store, offers workout apparel, nutritionals, and convenience items currently in 55 of its fitness centers. Bally Total Fitness has launched a program to offer rehabilitation and physical therapy services, beginning in Florida. Bally Total Fitness plans to introduce this service in as many as 100 locations over the next few years.
