Provides “hands-on" overall leadership and direction to store teammates, particularly in the absence of the Store Manager, to ensure store financial performance and guest service meets or exceeds company goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
As the Assistant Manager you will assist the Store Manager with training and supervision of store teammates to perform the following functions.
General functions that include but are not limited to: Complete all required computer-based training and other on the job training including Assistant Manager training, enforce attendance, safety, uniform, and various additional company policies, attend or conduct store safety and policy meetings.
Curbside Marketing duties that include but are not limited to: Hold advertising signs, wear a sandwich board or engage in any other form of curbside marketing outside of the store location to safely and enthusiastically attract guests for the immediate purchase of an oil change.
