Job Description/Requirements:

The Signature Home Health Occupational Therapist covers a geographic territory in the Bellingham, WA area, providing therapy to patients with a variety of medical conditions in accordance to the physician plan of treatment. You will work with a comprehensive team of medical professionals who meet once a week to discuss the plan of care of on each patient. This person will oversee and supervise PTA’s, assist in developing, implementing, and revising the therapy treatment program, provide education to patient and family, and provide complete therapy services that will enhance the life of the patient. Signature offers extensive training, continuing education opportunities, laptop, cell phone reimbursement and Point of Care Software. The qualified candidate will be a licensed PT in the State of Washington, have a current driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
