PEDIATRICS / VENTS
- HOME CARE -

NurseCore, an industry leader in Medical Staffing and Home Health Care, is seeking a Compassionate, Reliable and Experienced Pediatric Home Care RN to provide care for home health and private duty patients in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. Work in this satisfying and rewarding field by providing one-on-one care to home care clients!

Ideal candidates for this position should have at least one (1) year prior experience with Pediatric, Trach, Vent, IV and G-Tube care.

Admit homecare clients as per agency policy by conducting an initial assessment/evaluation and coordinate care with physicians and home health aides as needed.
Perform routine nursing care as needed and ordered by physicians.
Supervise LPN's, Aides and Home Health Aides in accordance with state and federal licensure.
Conduct and document supervisory visits.
Prepare clinical, progress and summary reports.
Attend monthly case conferences with Clinical Directors.
Respect client's rights and confidentiality.

Current RN State License
Minimum of one (1) year of supervised work experience within the last 3 years
