Derivative Operations, Brokerage

Location:         Charlotte, NC

 

FITS has opportunities for Consultants with experience and strong understanding in Clearing Operations.  Successful candidates will also understand cash and collateral management along with risk management from an operational perspective.

Job Requirements 

  

  • 5+ years of relevant business experience within financial services
  • 3+ years Derivative Clearing - Investment industry experience including back, middle, or front office settlement system and/or accounting system support for investment instruments such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc
  • Prior experience with the GMI accounting software is required 
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team of business analysts to drive: requirements gathering, current environment analysis, identification of gaps, establishing target operating models, and selection of appropriate technology packages to support the operating model
  • Experience leading project tracks supporting platform conversions
  • Ability to communicate clearly, (written & verbal), with all levels of management and team members regarding issues and project status
